24seven Plan managers have honestly been a life saver for me not only is everything paid so promptly that my service providers call just to say thank you and the process to put in a novices is streamlined and simplistic aimed to support me and take as much of the burden off my shoulders as possible, but Baily is always there. I never have to search to find out if and where my funds can be spent instead a simple email or phone call with Baily clears up all questions. The replies are so prompt that often everything is sorted within hours and always done with a snooker on his face and often leaves me feeling cared for and supported. Baily is truly invested in supporting my team and myself in any way he can and for that I really am so grateful. I cannot recommend 24 Seven Plan Management highly enough. My daughter is dealing with a number of disabilities and is with NDIS. Prior to engaging 24 Seven as her Plan Managers, she had numerous problems with the previous, much larger companies, mainly with incorrect payments to her carers, poor communication, abrupt customer service, and was treated more like a number in their system than a valued client. 24 Seven provide personalised, individual care. They are always available to discuss and help solve any issues that may be of concern, or answer any questions I may have, taking time to explain and articulate situations and occurrences as they may arise. I appreciate and value the one on one communication I have with Baily Fernandez with whom I have been fortunate enough to be assigned, who makes himself available to me whenever needed, and I consider him to be an essential part of my daughter’s care and well being. ~ Margaret E
